The Venue & Guest Experience
What does the RM25,000 minimum spend include?
The RM25,000 represents the base minimum spend for exclusive private buyout of the sanctuary. This ensures complete exclusivity – no outside guests or public visitors will be on the grounds during your celebration. It grants access to ceremony spaces, reception grounds, and core venue amenities. Villa accommodations, tailored catering menus, and bespoke styling are arranged based on your specific guest count and itinerary.
How many guests can Tiarasa Escapes accommodate?
For outdoor lawn celebrations and starlit banquets, we comfortably host up to 150 to 200 guests. For sheltered dining under our marquee and open-sided pavilions, we recommend up to 80 to 100 guests. For intimate ceremonies, solemnisations (nikah), or vow renewals, spaces can be tailored for parties of 30 to 60 guests.
What accommodations are available for our guests to stay overnight?
Tiarasa Escapes features 20 luxurious safari-style tented villas and 5 dreamy treehouses nestled in the rainforest canopy. All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, comfortable king or twin beds, and private verandahs. A resort buyout allows your immediate family and wedding entourage to stay together on-site, turning your wedding day into an immersive weekend retreat.
Can we host solemnisations (Akad Nikah) and tea ceremonies here?
Yes, absolutely. Many couples host their intimate Akad Nikah or traditional tea ceremony in the morning beneath the forest canopy or by the riverside pavilion, followed by lunch or an evening starlit dinner reception. The natural layout allows seamless movement between solemnisation and dining spaces.

What is the wet-weather backup plan if it rains?
Being nestled in the tranquil foothills of Janda Baik, rainforest weather is always planned for. We have sheltered pavilion spaces, the Tiarasa Marquee, and covered dining verandahs that serve as ready wet-weather contingency options. Our operations team works closely with your coordinator to transition arrangements smoothly if rain occurs.
Are we allowed to bring our own external caterers and decorators?
Yes. While we provide curated in-house culinary and beverage packages, couples may engage verified external caterers (e.g. specialized halal banquet caterers) and event decorators upon prior approval. Kitchen staging areas and setup schedules will be coordinated directly with our events team.
How far is Tiarasa Escapes from Kuala Lumpur, and is parking available?
Tiarasa Escapes is located in Janda Baik, Pahang – an easy and scenic 45-minute drive from downtown Kuala Lumpur via the Karak Highway. We have designated on-site parking spaces for guests, as well as buggy shuttle assistance within the grounds.
How do we arrange a private venue walkthrough?
Once you download the wedding brochure via the form above, our events team will reach out via WhatsApp or email to answer any initial questions. From there, we will arrange a scheduled weekend or weekday site visit so you and your partner can walk the ceremony lawns, view the villas, and discuss layouts in person.
