I personally QC our menu, taste-testing every preparation alongside our culinary team to ensure that each plate served meets the highest standards of flavor, presentation, and authenticity. From garden herbs harvested fresh every morning on our estate to artisanal recipes passed down through generations, nothing leaves our kitchen without true care and dedication.

A treasured personal recipe perfected over years. Prepared with an authentic, slow-simmered aromatic broth of sambal belacan, tamarind, and aromatic spices, layered with silky rice vermicelli, shredded chicken, succulent poached prawns, fresh coriander, and a spritz of calamansi. Rasa Café is located within Tiarasa Escapes in Janda Baik, Pahang - just 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. We welcome resort guests and day visitors for breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner.
