This is not a lecture transported into the forest. It is an active, facilitated experience in which participants move, speak, listen, experiment, reflect and reconnect—while every activity is brought back to the realities of working together.

The Training Itself
Is this serious training or just a fun day out?
Both – and that is the point. Enfiniti PLAY! is built on drama-based methodology developed over 13 years and used by Petronas, Maybank, and Coca-Cola. The activities are experiential, but the outcomes are measurable: teams leave with clearer communication patterns, stronger collaboration instincts, and a shared vocabulary for how they work together. We are not a ropes course.
Will my team have to perform or act on stage?
No one auditions. No one performs for an audience. Drama-based does not mean theatre class. Your team works in small groups through facilitated scenarios – structured situations that mirror the real dynamics of your workplace. The facilitator guides the reflection. The learning comes from doing, not performing.
How is this different from a normal team-building activity?
Most team-building creates a good day. Enfiniti PLAY! creates a change in behaviour. The methodology has three phases: experience, reflect, and transfer. Participants do not just complete activities – they unpack what happened, why it happened, and how that pattern shows up at work. That transfer step is what most offsites skip.
What do participants actually do during the programme?
You arrive, settle in, and exhale – the rainforest setting does that naturally. The facilitated programme runs in structured blocks: your team works through carefully designed scenarios, pauses for facilitated debrief, and ends with a concrete transfer exercise connecting what they experienced to how they work. The facilitator runs everything. You just show up.
Will this work for senior leadership teams?
Especially for senior teams. PLAY! works best when the participants have enough context and authority for the reflection to matter. Senior teams often benefit most because the conversations that surface – about trust, accountability, and how decisions actually get made – are conversations they rarely get to have in a boardroom setting.
What if some people are sceptical or resistant?
Sceptics tend to become the most engaged participants. The programme is not about getting people to believe in anything – it is about putting them in situations where their own patterns become visible. Sceptics are sharp observers. That sharpness works in their favour here. We have run PLAY! for teams where half the group arrived resistant. Most of those sessions produced the strongest breakthroughs.
