The 5 breezy treetop villas come with spacious wraparound verandahs. They exude a boho chic style and a Coachella vibe, decorated with whimsical tribal furnishings, mandalas, dreamcatchers, and your personal teepee and hammock.
For a touch of whimsy and variety, we also have 3 bespoke villas – The Maui Treehouse, The Lion Sands Tent and The Marrakech Tent, that reflect Tiara’s personal journeys and passions.

Our 8 Tented Villas are generously apportioned with glass sliding doors leading onto an outdoor deck. They are furnished with sumptuous king-sized beds and all have en-suite bathrooms of classic colonial nostalgia complete with handsome freestanding showers. Every villa also comes with freely available wi-fi, beverage making facilities, and hairdryers. Suitable for a couple.
Hornbill Villas
Our 3 Tented Suites come with all the comforts of the Tented Villas and afford guests even more space with the addition of a lounge for relaxation or recreation. Suitable for a couple, or a couple and a young child.
Rajah Brooke Family Suites
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an airy lounge, the 2 Family Suites have ample space for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 1 contains a king-sized bed whilst Bedroom 2 gives guests the option of twin beds.
Owner's Tent
Available to the public when not occupied, the Owner’s Tent perches on a vantage point overlooking the whole property. Boasting 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with stately Burlington fixtures, and an immense lounge, nothing has been spared in furnishing the Owner’s Tent to the highest level of luxury and comfort.
Treetop Villas
The 5 Treetop Villas are built on elevated platforms around a lovely cluster of shady trees forming their own Enchanted Forest. Beautifully crafted from recycled wood, each villa is very generously sized comprising 1 large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a wraparound balcony charmingly furnished with either a tepee or a tented balcony and sofabed for little ones to play, rest or sleep in. As an added bonus we’ve thrown in a breathtaking view down the length of the grounds from this leafy vantage point.
The Treetop villas are inspired by Tiara’s interests and much-loved travels, and are infused with her spirit and passions. Here you will find treasures discovered and collected along very personal adventures.
