We harvest river water to sustain our resort, even for the flushing of toilets, and light our grounds with solar-powered lamps that softly illuminate forest trails.

Herbs are handpicked from our garden and fruits are served from our trees when in season, while every suite and luxury tent is stocked with refillable glass water bottles—a quiet stand against waste. We do not use single-use cutlery, choosing instead to tread lightly on the planet.

Our surrounding rainforest is home to hornbills, butterflies, and ancient trees—a living testament to nature’s timeless resilience. It reminds us daily why protecting biodiversity matters.

Rooted in our belief that community is the heart of sustainability, we share warm meals with those in need during festive seasons like Hari Raya, and collaborate with local artisans—from hand-poured bath bombs to batik painting kits crafted with love.
